This space is so beautiful and calm, impeccably decorated and had just about any amenity you can think of. The special touches like a personalized greeting board and wine to greet is was amazing and we felt very taken care of. Christopher was very responsive and available for questions. He was also very flexible in helping us book the stay. We cannot say enough about how beautiful, interesting, and relaxing this place is. We’ll definitely be back!

This is easily one of the best Airbnb experience my wife and I have had. it is not often that we are talking about returning again 5min after check in. The space is huge but did not feel empty, thanks to all the thoughtful items that were offered. The view was fantastic, and I can only imagine it being better when the river thaws in Spring or during the foliage season. Christopher was also great at communication - replying to our messages and questions always ina timely manner. This is one of these rarer Airbnb experiences that presents as a step up rather than a mere alternative to a hotel room. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway.

The most peaceful setting. We lucked out arriving right as the snow was falling. It made for the most stunning view out of the large windows overlooking the water. Chris had lit the fireplaces and turned on music - so you walked into the coziest setting. We instantly felt right at home. Chris also has the most incredible welcome book out of any Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Every detail was outlined and easy to understand. I give this a 10/10. We will definitely stay here again.

If you're looking for a place with character and a great vibe, Chris's place delivers. The space has a fun, jazzy atmosphere that made our stay feel unique and memorable. Chris was an outstanding host and had everything set up perfectly. What really set him apart was how helpful he was, if you tell him what you're planning, he'll point you in the right direction and offer excellent local recommendations. Since we weren't familiar with the area, his hiking suggestions ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Thoughtful, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure guests have a great experience. Highly recommend!

If you are like me and you read reviews before deciding which place to book, do yourself a favor and stop here. This place is even better in person than the already beautiful photos in the listing. I won’t spoil all the added touches that Christopher does but he has thought of everything and then some! Such a cool vibe and tons of room. You could do nothing but stay at this place for your entire trip and you’d be content. Stop browsing and book it- you’ve hit the jackpot if there is vacancy here :-)

The loft looks stunning online, and I’m happy to report that the space in real life absolutely lives up to the pics here: it is HUGE, full of light, has lots of comfortable spots to lounge, and an excellent desk setup for work. We enjoyed the layout, gorgeous view, and the cheerful balcony overlooking the river. The host Christopher is an excellent communicator and really just a consummate host: thoughtful without being intrusive. We immediately began brainstorming reasons to come back.

The loft was awesome. Chris had the property well decorated. Loved all the appointments he added which really fit well with the loft feel. He had very detailed instructions that made everything needed at the loft perfect. Sand design table was cool and the record player had classic rock albums. Lots of space to just hang out and a solid cook’s kitchen. Well done!

A wonderful stay, as usual! Close to downtown, close to hiking, very close to great restaurants. Chris has a book of recommendations of places to go nearby. Everything is always spotless, and it’s such a spacious apartment is a wonderful kitchen, we always feel right at home.

Chris has a beautiful property. The view on the fall October weekend we stayed here was gorgeous. This condo is very comfortable. It was well set up for cooking although we didn't have time to do that. The Chinese restaurant next-door is very convenient, good value and good food. I had a few minor questions along the way and Chris was very responsive to me. I would recommend this place to anybody.

This place was a lovely getaway for a few days! I especially appreciated the detailed instructions & guides and was also pleasantly surprised by the original artwork on the walls throughout. Excellent host communication.

This place was the best place I have ever stayed at a Airbnb and that's saying alot as I have been using Airbnb for years! Chris was the best host I have ever come across. His place made our 1st trip to New England perfect. It was very comfortable although we traveled to other states, we found ourselves looking forward to coming back to Chris's place in Peterbourgh. Chris has a gorgeous place overlooking the river. Stunning view out the window. The kitchen is a cook's dream! I also appreciated the high tech greeting sign. My sister and brother in law were mesmerized by your coffee table. Thank you for sharing!

Hands-down, the best place we have ever stayed! This luxurious space was top-notch… Nothing could beat it! Every single detail was covered… Above and beyond the listing for sure! I have never seen such beautiful furniture, appliances, extra, extra, extra! The comfortable king size bed in the biggest bedroom I have ever spent the night in was out of this world! Gorgeous, well-appointed, and just wonderful! Christopher turned the lights and fireplaces on and it was like coming home despite the sleet and snow outside. The views in the morning overlooking the falls and river were picture worthy and so very peaceful. I cannot wait to come back and spend more time in this perfect place!

We had a fantastic time here. Chris has designed a beautiful, relaxing, unique and creative space. It was clean, very well stocked and had everything we needed and some interesting extras. Chris was responsive and helpful. The apartment is spacious and has an open floor plan. It also has a great deck and huge windows to enjoy the view of the pond. We loved our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Peaceful Mill on the Water — it truly felt like a home away from home. The setting on the river is magical, and our three kids were in heaven: playing the piano, exploring the vintage typewriter, diving into video games, and even helping with laundry thanks to the convenient washer and dryer. We had family over for dinner one night, and the space was perfect for hosting — warm, welcoming, and well-equipped. The combination of comfort, charm, and thoughtful touches made this one of our favorite Airbnb experiences. We can’t wait to come back!

There aren’t enough great things I can say about the place and the host. Chris was honestly amazing, going above and beyond for us. I mentioned to him that I was going to propose to my now fiancée and he was super helpful prepping the place and giving me ideas, always super responsive. As for the place, the pictures don’t do it justice. Very beautiful and comfortable and we will absolutely be back. Easily one of the best experiences we’ve ever had through Airbnb.

This was the best vacation rental ever! It was so expansive! And grand! We love the view of the river, the waterfall, the history of Noone Falls, the grand piano, the showy kitchen, the beautiful brick walls.. my daughter and her husband live nearby.. we made a raspberry rhubarb pie in the oven, had dinner at Pinks ( expensive but worth it), Bedford Village Inn, and Cooper’s Hill, breakfast at Ben’s Sugar Shack. Some mornings we just made scrambled eggs and enjoyed the Keurig coffee provided and watched the New England birds on the river. We love this loft.. and we will be back. Thanks to Chris for everything.

If you’re looking for a nice and quiet stay with peaceful woods and scenery this is definitely the place! We stayed here last year and loved it! We came back this year and it did not disappoint. The scenery was so peaceful and the town center is not far at all with lots of shopping and restaurants! The apartment itself is so relaxing and unique. Chris is very responsive and proactive as well! Wonderful host and place! We can’t wait to visit again!

We loved Christopher's place from the minute we walked through the door. The main bedroom is huge with a cozy fireplace and the 2nd bedroom is lovely. It was perfect for our group of 3 friends spending a long weekend visiting friends and family. The space was the opposite of some airbnb's that photograph well but can be a letdown. This space was even better in person. There was touch upon touch that Christopher added from a great album collection and turntable to a nice bottle of wine waiting for us. It's a 5 minute drive to downtown Peterborough so extremely convenient as well.

Chris’ place is extraordinary-my mom and I felt at home immediately, and we were charmed by the extensive thoughtful additions in this home-from the telescope, typewriter, record player, games, books and ambiance. Every detail is well thought out to provide entertainment and comfort. This is one of the top places I’ve ever stayed. I would come back in a heartbeat!

The loft is absolutely gorgeous, even better than described. The location offers a lot of privacy, and overlooks a beautiful creek that creates a lovely balance between the interior space and the nature outside. The space is extremely well appointed, the linens and beds were luxurious, and Chris was an extremely communicative and supportive host. Would love to return!

The absolute best AirBnb stay I have ever had! This place was a dream come true! It was beautiful, peaceful, spotless, had the best views and overall AMAZING! I will definitely be staying here again! Chris was an amazing host and was very attentive and responsive. On top of all the amenities this place had, Chris even had a bottle of wine as a gift upon my arrival. This place is so much more spacious than the pictures show - what an amazing space! The acoustics in the open layout with the piano were perfect. The beds were comfy, the couches were comfy, the TV was awesome, the sound system was great! There’s tons of lights and options for lighting - and the kitchen was HUGE and so fancy!!! Worth every penny!

Me and my husband were in town for a wedding and Chris’s place was perfect. It was a great place to spend the weekend to relax. The loft was very relaxing and spacious. The accommodations were top notch very clean and Chris provided every accommodation that you need for your stay. He even went out of the way to turn the lights on for us as we arrived after dark. Chris was a fantastic host and would definitely stay there again if we get a chance to visit again. Thanks again Chris.

Wow! This Airbnb exceeded my expectations!! One of my favorite stays ever. Chris’s place was just stunning. The views were amazing and everything in the condo was high end and gorgeous. Chris has exceptional style and is also an incredible artist. He was also a great communicator and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The house was also well stocked and even had a phone charger available when I left mine home. We will be back next time we are in the area!

Wow! 5 star communication from host, 5 star surroundings and 5 star furnishings. We walked in and felt like we had been transported to a different place. We spent most of the weekend inside listening to records, playing the piano, gazing out at the dam watching blue heron hunt and other birds flit around. The lush outdoor seating was a huge bonus and the zen coffee table is a trip! We even met with family at the attached restaurant and had an amazing meal! It’s like NYC meets Peterborough, NH with a splash of Kyoto. Even the dogwood tree outside was in full bloom. If our travels bring us back, we know where to stay.

One of the most thoughtfully organized Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Amazing space and location. The loft is somehow even cooler and more impressive than the photos. We loved exploring Peterborough but we would’ve been just as happy staying in the loft the whole time. Christopher went above and beyond in making this trip a special experience for a family traveling with young children. We hope to visit again in the future!

We were overwhelmed with the accommodations. Everything from the welcome message to the grand piano and everything in between was more and better than we expected. Sadly we were only there fir one night as we were attending a wedding and had come from A distance and had to get back. I wish we had a week to watch the birds outside the huge picture window overlooking the river. Picture perfect!

This was a wonderful, fun, relaxing, beautiful, convenient place to stay. Chris was one step ahead, all the way, and made the whole experience seamless. The decor is industrial, warm, comfortable. The weather was extremely cold, and the gas "wood" stoves were a welcome cozy addition, providing quick radiant warmth to a great, spacious place. Made a working trip quite enjoyable! Having the option of dining in the same building is a nice plus too.

My family and I loved the place, it has a lot of unique, fun amenities! The view is beautiful and I really enjoyed it. The kitchen is well equipped, the fridge was stocked with drinks which I thought was very thoughtful. Christopher is very responsive and easy to communicate with, we would love to go back and spend more time in the future.

The Airbnb was exactly what I was looking for during a Christmas vacation. I enjoyed my time listening to the Fleetwood Mac record, and relaxing by the fireplace. I also had some downtime where I was able to learn some piano, which I hadn't played in years. The place is just as amazing as it looks in the photographs. Christopher is an amazing host, and you will not regret your stay. I will be looking to come back next Christmas if available.

All we can say is wow! Chris’s place was better than advertised! We rented his condo for our intimate wedding ceremony and dinner with our parents and it was absolutely perfect for the occasion! It was a beautiful spot what an awesome view of the water from the ceiling to floor windows. The place has so much character and is loaded with amenities. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a stocked fridge with drinks and snacks. The kitchen was a chef’s dream and the large dining room table was perfect for our family dinner.

This place is so well appointed. The sound system, piano, and kitchen are all super high end features in an Airbnb. Beds are super comfortable. Really thoughtful touches from the host and the giant picture window looking over the river were our favorite parts of our stay. Would go back again!

Magical setting and perfect accommodations. The space is generous, wonderful kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds, all with a beautiful view onto the river. This place is stunning. Wonderful space inside and great view out the living room window. Great deck, great kitchen. Cozy gas flames in wood stoves in winter and mini-splits keep it cool when it's hot outside. Good Asian restaurant with waterfall view right down 2 flights of stairs you would never know is there from inside the apartment. Worth the splurge. I love staying there!

The loft is incredible and very thoughtfully designed. It’s by far the best rental we have stayed in and very well stocked. Everything was seamless and enjoyable even with a baby in tow. Host communication was outstanding and so welcoming. We will definitely be back!

What can I say? Chris was awesome - the directions to get into the place were smooth and easy. There was a highly thought out binder with information about the area, the history of the building and how to use the fantastic amenities in his place. The typewriter was a neat throwback and the vinyl records added to the relaxing atmosphere during a rainy day. Oh, the photos don't do the place justice. Hopefully we'll be back - one of the coolest and best air bnb experiences we've ever had. Thanks, Chris!

This place was immaculate. So beautiful and relaxing, the host is such a gracious host. He responds quickly and is extremely thoughtful and goes out of his way to make it extra special for you. I loved the warm welcome sign and the fridge stocked with drinks. It was the most peaceful experience. Thank you so much for everything!

We loved staying here. I had been by Noone falls before so knew where I was booking. The place was perfect for our needs - near family and my husband could work while we were out and about. We cook a lot for ourselves when we travel and the kitchen was great for our needs. My kids had a blast typing nonsensical notes out on the typewriter to each other. We loved the one mile walking loop from the front door. We would absolutely stay here again!

We travel frequently and have stayed in many Airbnb’s. This place was outstanding. It is very well appointed and very well thought out. The manual typewriter, the turntable and collection of albums added a unique and distinctive nostalgia. The furniture and design details were top notch. My wife and I and our two adult children had a wonderful and memorable stay.

Our stay at Noone Falls was absolutely wonderful! The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had all the details we needed for a seamless check-in. The location was perfect close to, restaurants, and conveniences, yet peaceful and relaxing. We especially loved the stunning view. We absolutely loved our stay at the Loft. We came to the area intending to do some hiking and relaxing. We made the right choice by picking this place. The Loft is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and serene! Our favorite part was sitting and enjoying the view of Noone Falls from the living room. It’s located close the Mt Monadnock and the downtown is cute and has a RiverWalk. I would highly recommend.
